These shoes were part of projects in the German shoe college and work for clients on costumized shoes made by hand from last to finished shoe.
HAIX Fire Hero II
Fire Fighting Boots with the highest safety standards are the main products. They are designed and developed completely by own and no components are for or from the open market.
HAIX Fire Eagle
Fire Eagle is one of the lightest fire fighting boot on the market. The biggest innovation/challenge was to improve the weight, and the end product we saved 500g per shoe. It´s the „little brother“ of the Fire Hero II with all the required safety standards (without chainsaw protection).

HAIX - BLACK EAGLE ATHLETIC
The Black Eagle is our first outdoor series with an EVA/rubber outsole and textile upper, developed and produced in Asia/Vietnam. There are low-, mid-, high cut and a leather version with EN Standard.
It´s a „Busan Booty construction“ with GoreTex. The leather version is made with an antistatic gasket developed especially for this shoe. The outsole is rubber (antistatic, oil-/fuelresistant) and the midsole is EVA with different components/hardness. The outsole separates us from other competitors in the market. MADE in VIETNAM

HAIX - BLACK EAGLE ATHLETIC
In 2014 the development of the Black Eagle was moved to Europe. This new version has a 2 component DESMA injected midsole and rubber outsole and is metal free. The upper is a Gore Tex full strobel construction and made as textile and leather version. With this shoe we developed a competetive outdoor shoe on the market made in Europe.

HAIX - BLACK EAGLE SAFETY
One of the most lightweight safety workwear shoes (S3) is the Black Eagle Safety in different variations. The shoe was developed from zero, meaning it´s a new last with composite cap and DESMA outsole. The biggest advantage of developing the last with the composite cap together is a better fit of the shoe and all components, which is also important to pass the tests for the standards (EN, ASTM, CAN). It´s a metalfree half bootie construction with GoreTex and TPU cap. The upper material is a Cordura/Microfiber combination and there is a leather version.

NIKE - Hypervenom Phantom 3
The Phantom 3 is made as a Flyknit and Kangaroo leather version. The challenge was the chrome coated plate for the Flyknit version. For the Kangaroo leather Phantom TC the order quantity was very low and I worked on making the shoe more efficient for production and cost through new grading/grouping of the upper.

NIKE - Hypervenom Phantom X
The Hypervenom Phantom X was my first project for a Indoor court (IC) and Turf (TF) shoe. The challenge was the to create a good fitting through the upper/foam/lining construction.

Nike - React Gato
The Nike React Gato was a collaboration with Nike Innovation team as the uppermaterial is a new TPU yarn in a knit upper. To have the abrasion resistent surfact the upper need to be heat actived first, biggest challenge is to control the shrinkage for mass production.
The bottom consturction is complete new and very uniquie. In the inside of the shoe are flexible pods to improve feel on the ball which coming from the midsole construction and the rubber outsole have multiple color to show the pods, color bleeding is biggest concern.

Nike - Phantom Venom
I worked on all price points for Phantom (Elite, Academy, Pro, Elite)Venom in the SP19 season for all price points in Global Football. Started from the idea I worked through all developments stages and supported offhshore factories to start mass production.

Nike - Air Jordan XXXII
This model development included all gender from Toddler to Adult. The heel component is injected critical need to fit and bond with the quarter wings. Challenge here the heel fit and shaping in production. Outsole have a carbon component include

Nike - Air Jordan Jumpman Swift
New development with “closed” upper construction. Challenge here the design alignment of out/midsole with upper and fitting. Design follow original design from 2000.

New Development of the Metcon series with PU sockliner insert as midsole function.
Lacing with cable construction for individual fit
- Engineer mesh upper with no sew process and hot knife (cut phylon outsole)
